Why do women get paid less than men? Do women think less of themselves than men do? Join Ann and Claire as they discuss ways to promote oneself inside and outside a company, and present strategies to meet challenges that often arise.

Ann K. Brennan is President, Brennan Executive Benefits Inc., an insurance brokerage firm that specializes in Executive Benefits and succession programs. In this role Ann has negotiated winning outcomes for both employer and employee alike across multiple industries encompassing financial services, real estate, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, and technology. 

Claire Haffner is a Russian-English Editor at Playrix, a leading mobile game developer with award-winning titles. Having worked and studied in Spain and Russia, Claire has extensive experience navigating international professional environments and has negotiated contracts and raises in Russian in her current position. A recipient of a Fulbright ETA grant, she graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a BA in Russian language and literature, and holds an MA from Middlebury College in Russian and an MS from King's College London in Russian Politics and Society.
