Ann Skeet, Senior Director, Leadership Ethics at the Markkula Center, researches, writes, and speaks about the ethical dilemmas of leaders, corporate culture, and the ethical challenges of governance. She works with board directors, CEOs, and C-suite executives to shape and reinforce organizational cultures that encourage ethical outcomes. Skeet guides programs in leadership, business, and social sector ethics, and is a member of the Partnership on AIs Working Group on AI, Labor, and the Economy. She writes about issues facing leaders across sectors regularly for her blog, Benison: The Practice of Ethical Leadership and tweets from @leaderethics. She has been published in outlets including Marketwatch, San Francisco Chronicle, San Jose Mercury News, Recode, and CEO Magazine
