The PACT allows everyone to show up in an intentional way by remembering four key elements: Purpose, Authenticity, Community, and Time. Katy will share how she tries to live these on a daily basis and will show how you can too. Whether we are trying to grow an account or are just using the apps for fun, we can all profit from tips on bringing more focus to our social media activities.

Katy Hinderer is a Chicago-based social media strategist and Instagram influencer, with a passion for crafting messages and creative communications. A graduate of Marquette University's Journalism program, Katy started her lifestyle blog, ModlyChic, 11 years ago while looking for a creative outlet for her writing. Eventually, this hobby turned into a side hustle, and then the side hustle became her full-time job in 2017. With more than 135,000 Instagram followers, she has been able to collaborate with national and international brands such as Olay, Facebook, Amazon, Clorox, and Culvers, as well as many small local businesses in the Midwest. Beyond her work as an Influencer, Katy is also the founder and CEO of Rosebud Social, a company that provides small businesses with social media coaching.
