Join Kara Herman Fransted, COO, KMH Financial Services and former US Naval Officer, for a discussion on how to set up your priorities so that you get the most out of your goals in life. Regardless of what those goals look like for you, the process is key.

Kara was commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy upon graduation from Villanova University. She served for five years before resigning from the Navy and joining KMH Financial Services as the Operations Manager in 2016. In 2018 she was made Chief Operations Officer and holds Series 7 and 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial. Kara is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Wealth Management from Columbia University. Outside of the office, Kara uses her time to speak about leadership to young girls and women and competes in Olympic Weightlifting. Kara is married to husband Matt and they have three daughters.
