OUR PANELISTS:

Lupe Colangelo  
Lupe is a Career Coach at General Assembly's NYC Campus. Lupe's background is in psychology and the facilitation of habit change. As a certified coach, her philosophy centers around helping others set achievable goals and developing the step-by-step roadmap to complete them. 

Elzbieta Napierla  
Elzbieta has been working in R&D of Bell Labs and AT&T Labs for over 25 years. She has been responsible for technical development of networking products and services based on emerging technologies. Her global experience includes development and implementation of a global network management platform spanning network centers across US, Europe, and Asia.  

Patricia (Pati) Partelow
Patricia is part of EY’s Payments practice where she works with clients to help them navigate the changing payments landscape. She helps them to assess the market, develop strategies, and implement processes and platforms to deliver growth. Before joining EY, Pati was a Lead Account Partner in IBM’s iX Digital Strategy & Experience practice. Pati is a design thinking facilitator. 

Emily Van Blargan
Emily is an Enterprise Career Coach at General Assembly NYC, dedicated to helping students pursue the work they love through client-sponsored Software Engineering Programs. Emily has two years of agency recruitment experience under her belt and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University.
